Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast Announces $30 Million Expansion
Leaders of Sacred Heart Health System announced plans today to launch a $30 million expansion of facilities and services at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast. The expansion will increase the capacity of the Emerald Coast hospital for inpatient services, maternity services, emergency services, and pediatric services. The Emerald Ballroom at the newly remodeled Hilton Sandestin was full of excitement on Saturday, April 4, at the Emerald Coast Top Salon event. YESS Program Equips Choctaw High School Football Team
On May 21, the Choctaw High School Indians became the first Okaloosa County High School outfitted with EvoShield’s next generation, high tech abdominal injury protection shirts funded completely by the Taylor Haugen Foundation and the Dugas Family Foundation grant. Thanks to the generosity of the Dugas Family, more than 100 Choctaw football players received the same compression rib shirts commonly worn by many professional and collegiate athletes, including Jadeveon Clowney and RG III. Expansion Grand Opening and Smoke on the Coast at Destin Commons
On July 3, from 1 – 10 p.m., have a fun-filled day and evening celebrating Destin Commons’ expansion grand opening with 22 more stores and restaurants, the 4th Annual Smoke on the Coast BBQ competition, kid’s activities, and street performers.
